ECP receives 51 candidates’ names on NA minorities seats
ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has received as many as 51 names of candidates from priority lists of political parties on reserved seats for non-Muslims for National Assembly.
According to ECP, the commission has received these names on conclusion of process of submission of priority lists of candidates from political parties on reserved seats of non-Muslims on Monday.
The names of candidates submitted by the different political parties included Sanjay Perweni and Mangla Sharma from Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan, Asif Bhatti, Ashok Kumar and Jathindar Singh, from Awami National Party, Dr Mohan Manjani, Rakesh Kumar and Suleman from Pakistan Sarzeem Party, Naresh Kumar, Oam Perkash Khatri and Rawantee from Grand Democratic Alliance, Ramesh Lal, Naveed Aamir Jeeva, Imran Afaque Athwal, Choudhary Shan Salamat, Pehlaj Mal, Hina Gulzar, William Inayat, Sabir Iqbal Masih and Peter John Bheel from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians, Jamaz Iqbal, Pervaz Masih, Asya Nasir, Hanif Lal, Akram Waqar Gul, Saresh, Younas Sohan, Shahzad Kundhan, Nasir Masih and Saneel Gorge from Mutahida Majlis-e-Amal Pakistan, Dr Darshan Lal, Kheel Das Kohistani, Isphand Yar Bhindara, Dr Nelson Azeem Araish Kumar, Dr Sham Sunder and Patrick from Pakistan Muslim League (N), Lal Chand Malhi, Shunila Ruth, Ramesh Kumar Venkwani, Jai Parkash Ukrani, Jamshed Thomas, Haresh Kumar, Samson Ijaz and Babar Shahzad from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Aslam Pervaiz Masih, James Naz, Tasleem Gulshan, Tariq Masih, Albert Pitars from Pakistan Muslim League.
