Pakistani cricket is quite infamous in the circuit for its grouping in the squad, however, not all groups are messed up with politics just like their ‘Roti Group’.

The 'Roti Group' consists of Fakhar Zaman, Hasan Ali, Shadab Khan, Faheem Ashraf, Mohammad Nawaz and Usman Shinwari, who are known for their bonding off the field and frequently hang out together.

“Nawaz is the chief of the group,” revealed Zaman and Ashraf, while talking to Ramiz Raja. “We go out together for a meal, as we have a group on WhatsApp so we just contact each other whenever there is an outdoor plan,” revealed Ashraf.

The all-rounder further said that Zaman is the one likely to have fights with other members of the group, more commonly with Mohammad Nawaz. To this Zaman revealed that he just likes to have a bit of fun with the youngster.

“Nawaz is a very sweet guy I just like to tease him a bit. However, it is very difficult for us to pass time without him as well,” said Zaman.

Meanwhile, Pakistan will take on Scotland for the two-match T20I series to be played on June 12 and 13.
