In a statement, while expressing deep sense of sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of Kashmiri youth he said that there is no justification for the global community's silence on human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.
He said that India cannot deprive Kashmiris of their right to self-determination by committing brutalities against them.
