Muqam congrats tribal people over FATA merger

PESHAWAR: Adviser to Prime Minister and Provincial President PMLN, Engr. Ameer Muqam Thursday congratulated FATA people for merger and said that the development is a milestone achievement of PMLN.

In a statement issue here, he said that FATA people have succeeded in getting their rights adding the achievement can be credited to PMLN and its dedicated leadership.

He said that the accomplishment of PMLN would be written in golden words and always be remembered. He also expressed gratitude to opposition members who supported PMLN in FATA reforms.

Muqam said that FCR has been abolished and FATA people would get representation in provincial assembly. He said that tribal people will get their rights like other citizens of the country and would witness chances of development at par with other areas of Pakistan.

He also praised sacrifices of tribesmen for the country saying their endurance and courage for the protection of motherland would be remembered.
