A meeting was held in this regard at Darbar Hall Khairpur under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of Scahal Yadgar Committee Javed Ali Jagirani.
The meeting discussed and finalized arrangements for the Urs. The custodian of Dargah will give Ghusl the mazaar of Hazrat Sachal Sarmast on Ramadan 13 and will inaugurate the Urs ceremonies.
On Ramadan 14 a wreath will be laid to officially start Urs ceremonies at the mazaar.
The DC urged the SSP to ensure the security arrangements in this regard and provide foolproof security.
The meeting was attended among others by SSP Khairpur Shabir Sethar, all assistant commissioners, Mukhtiarkars of all eight talukas of district, members of Sachal Yadgar Committee and others.
