A spokesman of the DPCC said here on Sunday that sugar will be available at Rs 46 per kilogram in Ramzan Bazaars and Rs 52 per kg in open market, whereas white grams (big local) will be sold at Rs 92 per kg in Ramzan Bazaars and Rs 95 per kg in open market.
Similarly, price of white grams (small local) will be Rs 82 per kg and Rs 85 per kg, black grams (big local) at Rs 80 per kg and Rs 84 per kg, black grams (small local) Rs 76 per kg and Rs 80 per kg, gram pulses (small) Rs 80 and Rs 82 per kg, gram pulses (big) Rs 82 and Rs 85 per kg, lentil pulses (big imported) Rs 64 and Rs 68 per kg, lentil pulses (small) Rs 104 and Rs 106 per kg, Maash pulses (washed) Rs 87 and Rs 90 per kg, Maash pulses (unwashed) Rs 80 and Rs 87 per kg, Moong pulses (washed) Rs 72 and Rs 76 per kg, Moong pulses (unwashed) Rs 82 and Rs 86 per kg, chilli powder Rs 215 and Rs 220 per kg, gram powder (Besan) Rs 88 and Rs 90 per kg, rice Super Basmati (new) at Rs 102 and Rs 105 per kg, Super Basmati (old) at Rs 118 and Rs 120 per kg, rice broken at Rs 32 and Rs 35 per kg, dates (Irani) at Rs 165 and Rs 170 per kg, dates (local) at Rs 100 and Rs 105 per kg, milk at Rs 70 per liter, yogurt at Rs 75 per kg, mutton at Rs 650 per kg, beef at Rs 300 per kg, Roti (bread 100 grams) at Rs 6, Roti (Khameeri) and Naan (simple) at Rs 7, ice Rs 5 per kg, Samosa (vegetable) Rs 15 per piece and Pikora at Rs 160 per kg.
The flour rate in the Ramzan Bazaar will be Rs 250 per 10 kg bag whereas rates of vegetables and poultry items will be issued on daily basis and strict action would be taken against the profiteers without any discrimination, spokesman added.
