MULTAN: Jamiat Ulema Islam-F (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman Friday claimed that it would be unfortunate for the country if Imran Khan became prime minister.

Addressing a press conference here, he said the MMA's upcoming rally to be held at Minar-e-Pakistan on May 13 would change political history of the country.

He said the MMA was not formed first time but they successfully experienced the same platform in the past.

To a question, he said there was no chance of political alliance of his party with Imran Khan.

To another query, he said that from the day one his party was in favor of the creation of Saraiki and Bahawalpur provinces. Those who were raising voice for new province, why they did not demand it five years back, he questioned.
