ISLAMABAD: Minister for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD), Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Wednesday urged the Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf to avoid the politics of allegations and personal attacks on opponents.

Opposition parties were hatching a conspiracy to clinch powers from back-door, but they would not succeed in completing their design, he said talking to a private news channel.

The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) government had given subsidy to provide relief to farmer community, he said.

People were well aware of the performance and development works of PML-N, he said, adding the opposition parties could not compete with PML-N on development works, he added.

To a question, the minister said the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was disqualified on having “Iqama" but not on corruption charges.
