Sindh Law Minister Ayaz Soomro presented the bill. These presiding officers will be appointed in consultation with Chief Justice of Sindh High Court. District Judges, Additional Judges and lawyers of High Court, having ten years practicing experience can be appointed presiding officers for these courts and tribunals.
