Addressing a press conference here at Pakistan railways Headquarters, he said that some elements were portraying the meeting in negative manners, adding that dialogue between heads of institutions expressed the rule of law and the constitution.
He said that judiciary gets strength from democratic system and an independent and impartial judiciary could take the country forward.
"No body is demanding any concession and no one is giving concession to any one", he said and added that dialogues were important for running state affairs. He said that enemy was laughing at the situation of the country, adding that confrontation among institutions would not strengthen the country.
Saad remarked that only two months left in the completion of current tenure of the government and the political temperature was rising.
Commenting on a section of media, he said that media trial was being launched against him and his family.
"My family is being targeted which has been serving the nation since the day one and it had never taken any plot, quota, loan or other benefit," he added.
The minister said that he had submitted details of his property to the supreme court and National Accountability Bureau with affidavit. He said that if NAB asked more questions, he would answer these questions. "We have nothing to hide, everything is clear and transparent," he added.
He said that his stance on NAB was open, adding that it was a black law which was always used to snub political opponents.
"Whenever slogan of accountability raised, its targets were some other things," he said.
Saad stated that he had already said that both large political parties were equally responsible for the NAB law and these parties had failed in eliminating this black law.
He said those people were unable to be correct which thought political leaders did nothing other than looting the country.
"I and my brother Khawaja Salman Rafique performed in the relevant departments with dedication and hardwork," he said and added that performance of these institutions was evidence of this hard working.
He said that income of the PR had been raised from Rs 18 billion to Rs 30 billion.
He remarked that blaming each-other, naming others with thieves and leg pulling would give nothing to the country, adding that angels would not form the government.
He said the PML-N was struggling for the supremacy of constitution and it would not confront with any department.
"We will continue our struggle without quarrelling with anyone as Pakistan cannot afford clash," he added.
"Let the people to decide who is wrong and who is right and trust in the collective wisdom of the masses," he said.
The minister said that he did not support disqualification of the then prime minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani or even Jehangir Tareen.
To a question about "United Muslim League" , he said political parties were formed after a political process and those parties were washed out after sometime which were made to fulfil some agenda.
To another question about the railways, he said that he was against privatisation of the Railways but Private Public Partnership was need of time like, outsourcing of cleaning of the railways etc.
Responding to a question, he said that Ch Nisar and PML-N should not apart as Nisar had contributed a lot but political differences within the party should not be discussed publicly or on media.
"Zardari and Imran coalition will damage their parties, however, the PTI should accept that it had voted PPP's candidate in the senate," he added.
