The NAB KP press release here said NAB KP arrested accused Jamal Khan Khattak, ex-Area Sales Manager Peshawar, Nestle Pakistan Limited, involved in creating public at large and fraudulently collected Rs145 million from innocent people in the name of fake investments in Nestle Pakistan Limited.
As per details, the accused who was Area Sales Manager of Nestle Pakistan Limited Peshawar in connivance with other co-accused persons lured innocent people to give him their hard earned money for fake investments including vender services in Nestle’ Pakistan limited.
The affectees deposited the money to account of the accused persons through bank drafts/cheques as well as paid them through different means.
The accused initially paid abnormally high profits to investors. Later on, he not only stopped paying profits but also disappeared from the scene without returning the principle amount to the effectees.
The affectees when approached the company have found that the business of the accused had not affiliation with the company. The NAB KP has filed reference against the accused person in accountability courts.
