The Tribal Electricity Supply Company (Tesco) Chief Executive Officer, Pervez Khankhel Swati has issued directives to the officials to accelerate the process of recovery to meet set targets from the public sector institutions, commercial and domestic consumers. A strict action would be taken against the officials for not achieving the targets.
This, he stated while chairing a meeting of Tesco officers here at Wapda House on Thursday. He said they would visit to various field offices twice a month to monitor their performance, while issue guideline for improvement of services. He directed for installation of meters to all government connections in FATA by 30th of next month besides recovering all outstanding arrears. He has asked high authorities of the company to increase recovery from private and government consumers to achieve the set targets. He also stressed the need for timely reconciliation with government departments to ensure correct billing. No connection would be given to beneficiaries of tube wells in FATA.
