Rainfall is likely in Balochistan at Quetta, Zhob, in Punjab at D.G. Khan, Multan, Rawalpindi, in Khaber Pakhunkhwa at Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Bannu, D.I. Khan divisions, FATA, Islamabad while at isolated places in Kalat, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Lahore, Mardan, Kohat divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during this time span.

A westerly wave is present along western parts of the country and likely to enter central and upper parts of the country on Monday (night) and may persist upper parts of the country till Wednesday afternoon, an official of Met office told APP.

In last 24 hours weather remained dry in most parts of the country. However, rain thunderstorm occurred at isolated places in Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu, Bahawalpur divisions and upper FATA during this time duration.

Rainfall recorded during this time period was: KP: Parachinar 30mm, Bannu 06mm, Kohat 02mm, Peshawar (A/P 02mm, city 01mm) and Punjab: Bahawalpur A/P 01mm.

Minimum temperature recorded on Monday were: Astore -02°C, Kalam 00°C, Gilgit 04°C, Murree, Chitral 05°C, Muzaffarabad 08°C, Islamabad, Quetta 09°C, Peshawar 13°C, Lahore 16°C, Faisalabad, Multan 17°C, Hyderbad 18°C and Karachi 22°C.
