Gold price per tola declines Rs3,000 in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Thursday, mirroring a decline in the international market. Per tola gold decreased by Rs3,000, with 10-gram gold also seeing a significant drop.

Gold prices in Pakistan decreased on Thursday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs438,636 after a decline of Rs3,000 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs376,059 after it fell by Rs2,572, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Wednesday, gold price per tola reached Rs441,636 after a gain of Rs4,300 during the day.
The international rate of gold declined by $30 to reach $4,161 per ounce.
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs50 to reach Rs6,528 per tola.
