ISLAMABAD: The sessions of the National Assembly and Senate will be held separately on Monday (today) at 5:00 pm and 4:00 pm, respectively.
President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned the sessions of both Houses of Parliament under Article 54(1) of the Constitution.
Both Houses will take up matters of national and international importance during their respective sittings.
The agenda for the National Assembly session was not available on the National Assembly’s website. However, the Senate Secretariat has shared the agenda for the first sitting of the session.

According to the Orders of the Day for the first sitting of the Senate, as many as 69 agenda items will be taken up by the House on Monday.
The Anti-Rape (Investigation and Trial) (Amendment) Bill, 2026, will be tabled in the Senate for passage. A total of 16 private members’ bills will also be introduced in the House, while 18 reports on various bills will be presented.
In addition, 15 private members’ bills will be withdrawn, while three resolutions will be moved in the House, among other agenda items.
