Delta flight makes emergency landing in Atlanta

NEW YORK: A Delta Air Lines flight with more than 200 people aboard made an emergency landing in Atlanta on Saturday after crew reported fumes in the cockpit, a spokesperson for the company said.
One crew member and one passenger sought medical attention, airline spokesperson says via email.
Crew members on Florida-bound Flight 2204 declared an emergency shortly after takeoff, and the plane returned to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Delta Air to resume flights to Israel starting June 7
Delta said in a statement that passengers evacuated from the plane by slides and were being transferred to a new flight to Orlando.
The plane carried six crew members and 199 customers, Delta said.
