Talking to media here on Monday, MNA Sardar Shafqat Hayyat said that Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Chief Minister Punjab had released developments funds of Rs 2.13 billion for providing electricity, gas, construction of roads, drainage system, health units and schools in NA-92 (old NA-68).
He said former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif had taken special interest for the development and raising the living standard of people of far-off areas.
He said the PML-N government was committed to facilitate people, whereas, opposition parties were busy in leg pulling and doing negative politics.
The MNA said Langarwala Bridge at Jhelum River near Sahiwal would facilitate commuters belong to Sargodha, Jhang, Khushab, Mianwali and Bhakkar districts.
