An earthquake of ​magnitude 5.81 ‌struck Mindanao, Philippines on ​Monday, the ​German Research Centre ⁠for ​Geosciences (GFZ) said.

The Philippine ​seismology agency Phivolcs said no ​damage ​or aftershocks were expected ‌from ⁠the offshore tremor.

The quake was ​at ​a ⁠depth of 10 ​km (6.21 miles), ​according ⁠to the GFZ ⁠report.
