Le Pen proposes France's far-right change name to 'National Union'

LILLE: Marine Le Pen, the head of France's far-right National Front, proposed changing the party's name to the National Union on Sunday as part of efforts to improve its image.

"I propose that the National Front become the National Union (Rassemblement National)," Le Pen told an annual conference of members in the northeastern city of Lille. "But it's you who will vote on it, it's you who will decide."
