Gold price per tola gains Rs1,300 in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Wednesday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs541,262 after a gain of Rs1,300 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs464,044 after it increased by Rs1,114, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Tuesday, gold price per tola reached Rs539,962 after a gain of Rs3,400 during the day.

The international rate of gold was up by $13 to reach $5,185 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs268 to reach Rs9,554 per tola.
