Pakistan Refinery Limited appoints Muhammad Zia Ul Haq as director

Pakistan Refinery Limited announced on Tuesday the appointment of Muhammad Zia Ul Haq as director.

The company shared the development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

Haq was appointed in place of Falak Sher with effect from 2026-02-09, the notice read.

Pakistan Refinery Limited is a hydro-skimming refinery designed to process imported and local crude oil, located on the coastal belt of Karachi, Pakistan. It was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company in 1960.

The refinery is operating at two locations; the main processing facility is located at Korangi Creek, with a supporting crude berthing and storage facility at Keamari.
