Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited announced key appointments in the company on Friday.
This was shared in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
The company said that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution approved the appointment of Arif Dino Faruque as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Moreover, Aslam Faruque was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on 27 May 1964 as a public limited company.
The principal activity of the company is the manufacturing and selling of sugar.
