Thai November factory output falls 4.24% y/y, weaker than forecast

BANGKOK: Thailand’s manufacturing production index dropped 4.24% in November from a year earlier, the industry ministry said on Monday, weaker than analysts’ expectations.

The November figure compared with a year-on-year increase of 0.8% forecast in a Reuters poll, and followed a revised rise of 0.04% in October.
