COLOMBO: Sri Lanka’s benchmark stock index ended higher on Friday, in a session cut short as cyclone Ditwah swept through the island nation killing 46 people and leaving 23 more missing.
The CSE All Share index closed up 0.35 percent to 22,742.46, as of 12:35 p.m. local time, the bourse’s website showed.
Sri Lanka’s stock markets usually close at 2:30 p.m. local time.
