Pak Leather to rent out factory premises to generate additional revenue

Pak Leather Crafts Limited (PLCL), a manufacturer and exporter of leather goods, announced on Thursday that it had decided to rent out its factory building for more income .
The company shared the development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today.
It said that it had entered into an agreement with a third party to let out the factory building on monthly rental basis.
“This will generate further income in addition to the existing line of business,” the notice to the bourse read.
Established in 1971, the company is engaged in leather tanning, manufacturing of leather garments as well as export of leather and leather garments.
