Ecopack Limited (ECOP) announced on Monday the appointment of key executives.
ECOP shared in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
The notice said that the appointments were made in the 149th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 8.
“Asad Ali Sheikh has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company for the period of three years commencing from November 08, 2025, and Hussain Jamil has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company for the period of three years commencing from November 08, 2025,” the listed company told the bourse.
ECOP was incorporated in Pakistan as a limited liability company and is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of Polyethene Terephthalate (PET) bottles and pre-forms for beverages and other liquids packing industries.
Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Murree Brewery, Qarshi Industries and Punjab Oil Mills are some of the renowned customers of ECOP.
