BANGKOK: Thailand’s economy is expected to grow by 1.8% to 2.2% this year, unchanged from a previous forecast, with the economy seen growing just 1% in the second half of 2025 amid political uncertainty, a leading business group said on Wednesday.
Exports, a key driver of Thai growth, are expected to rise between 2% and 3% this year, also unchanged from an earlier forecast, the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking said.
