Pakistan People Party PPP- backed candidate Saleem Mandviwala has been elected Senator unopposed here on Wednesday. The Provincial Election Commissioner, Sonu Khan Baloch scrutinised the nomination papers of candidates while other candidate for the slot Rashid Hussain Rabbani withdrew his papers after which Mandviwala was declared successful unopposed.
