Russia says its troops enter village in southern Ukraine

Russian troops have entered the village of Robotyne in Ukraine’s southern Zaporizhzhia region, the focal point of many recent attacks, the Interfax news agency reported on Thursday, citing Russia’s defence ministry.

The report said the troops have taken over some buildings in the village, but it was unclear whether Ukrainian troops have completely withdrawn from it.
