SBP approves ‘HBL Zarai Services Ltd’ as wholly subsidiary of HBL

KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has granted its approval to the Habib Bank Limited (HBL) for incorporation of “HBL Zarai Services Limited” as a wholly subsidiary of the HBL, subject to compliance with all applicable laws/regulations.

This was announced by HBL in its material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange here on Friday.
