Islamabad United’s vice captain Ruman Raees’ Pakistan Super League (PSL) stint may be over after the pacer suffered a knee injury during ninth game of the league.

The left-arm pacer made a valiant sliding effort to save a boundary for his team but ended up making a rough contact with the outfield.

Rumman was stretchered off the field after his knee hit the ground in a rough manner. He looked to be in a lot of pain.

However, the pace would undergo an MRI scan for further inspection.

It is pertinent to mention here that, Rumman led the side against Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi in absence of Misbah ul Haq.
