NAB references against Dar: Court adjourns hearing till March 5
ISLAMABAD: An Accountability Court Wednesday adjourned hearing on supplementary corruption reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against former finance minister Senator Ishaq Dar till March 5.
When the case was resumed, the accountability court judge Mohammed Bashir was informed that only one accused was present in the court then the judge adjourned proceedings until the presence of other accused.
Later on the same day, when the case was called again, counsel for the respondents requested for adjournment and sought time for preparation of the case which was accepted by the bench.
Subsequently the court directed its office to provide copies of the interim and supplementary references to litigants for preparation of the case.
