KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 16.987billion and the number of lots traded at 12,752. Major business was contributed by Goldamounting to (PKR 5.134billion), followed by NSDQ 100(PKR 3.831 billion), DJ (PKR 2.838 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.512 billion), Copper (PKR 820.438million), Crude Oil (PKR 777.988million), Natural Gas (PKR 757.695million),Silver (PKR 494.375million), SP 500 (PKR 441.949million),Platinum (PKR307.393 million)and JPY Equity 225/USD (PKR70.810 million). In Agricultural 63 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 54.965millionwas traded.
