KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 7.176 billion and the number of lots traded at 5,598. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 2.440 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.097 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 958.119 million), NSDQ 100 (PKR 758.237 million), Platinum (PKR 316.211 million), DJ (PKR 163.568 million), Japan Equity (PKR 137.475 million), Silver (PKR 102.354 million), Natural Gas (PKR 101.187 million), SP 500 (PKR 59.262 million) and Copper (PKR 42.100 million).

In Agriculture Commodities, 6 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 4.600 million were traded.
