KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.611 billion and the number of lots traded at 8,526.

Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 2.606 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.716 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.606 billion), DJ (PKR 1.347 billion), Gold (PKR 1.163 billion), Copper (PKR 775.621 million), Silver (PKR 505.580 million), Natural Gas (PKR 326.169 million), Platinum (PKR 322.597 million), SP 500 (PKR 186.290 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 53.350 million).

In Agriculture Commodities, 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.048 million were traded.
