KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 11.666 billion and the number of lots traded at 9,588. Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 2.976 billion, followed by Crude Oil (PKR 2.277 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.202 billion), Gold (PKR 1.874 billion), DJ (PKR 827.302 million), Platinum (PKR 467.285 million), Silver (PKR 391.336 million), Copper (PKR 288.736 million), Natural Gas (PKR 168.098 million), SP 500 (PKR 165.442 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 27.099 million). In Agriculture Commodities, 3 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 2.205 million were traded.
