KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 18.702 billion and the number of lots traded at 13,698. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 8.779 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.808 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.191 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.154 billion), DJ (PKR 980.837 million), Silver (PKR 458.415 million), Platinum (PKR 365.309 million), Copper (PKR 360.192 million), SP 500 (PKR 317.370 million), Natural Gas (PKR 263.803 million), Japan Equity (PKR 22.199 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 3 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 2.076 million were traded.
