ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on on Friday issued a contempt of court notice to Secretary Services Sindh Riaz Ud Din in a case regarding Sindh Management Professional Service Rules.

A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case.

During the course of proceedings, the chief justice asked the Secretary Services that he did not comply court orders.

Advocate General Sindh pleaded the court to grant two weeks time to implement court order.

The Secretary Services asked the court to make some relaxation in the court orders.

The chief justice remarked that those civil servants who do not comply with the court order do not deserve any sympathy.

The court issued contempt of court notice to Secretary Services Sindh and adjourned hearing of the case till date in office.
