KARACHI: The Board of Directors of Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited has considered and approved a change in the company’s name from Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited to Cinergyco PK Limited.

Consequently, for such purpose, the Board of Directors has also resolved to call an extraordinary general meeting for seeking approval/authorization of the shareholders in respect thereof, material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange Wednesday said.
