Ugandan shilling posts gains on commodity flows, scant demand

KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling posted gains on Wednesday, helped by some hard currency inflows from commodity exporters meeting with scant appetite, traders said.

At 0937 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,655/3,665, compared to Tuesday's close of 3,665/3,675.
