LAHORE: Dr Arshad Mahmood Additional Federal Secretary Finance (BPS-21) has been promoted to Grade 22 and notification has been issued in this regard. He is younger brother of Renowned Neurosurgeon, Executive Director Punjab institute of Neurosciences Lahore Prof. Dr Khalid Mahmood.
