Imran Ismail, Umer Ayub visit Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: The Governor Sindh Imran Ismail along with Federal Minister for Power, Petroleum and Natural Resources Umer Ayub Khan during their visit to Hyderabad met with delegation of Hyderabad SITE Association and Hyderabad Chamber of small Traders and small Industry at Circuit House.

The delegation informed the governor about the problems being faced by the business community. Talking to the delegation of HCSTSI the governor Sindh said that the business community is the back bone of country’s economy. He assured that the problems of business community would be resolved.

The Governor Sindh Imran Ismail also met with the delegation of notables of Hyderabad. The delegation informed the governor about the different problems being faced by the people of Hyderabad. The Governor Sindh assured them to take efforts to resolve the problems of the people of Hyderabad. MPAs Haleem Adil Sheikh, Khurram Sherzaman, Rabistan Khan, Saeed Afridi, Sidrah Khan, Ali Junejo and other were also present at the occasion.

Earlier the Federal Minister for Power, Petroleum and Natural Resources Umer Ayub Khan held a open katcheri regarding problems related to electricity at Circuit House, today. Addressing at the open katcheri the Federal Minister Umer Ayub Khan directed the Hesco Chief and other concerned officers of Hesco to avoid unnecessary loadsheding.

Taking notice of the public complaints, the Federal Minister strictly directed the Hesco officers to refrain from issuing exaggerated electricity bills to consumers. He also directed them to ensure listening public complaints on phone or in their offices and to take measures for redressal of the complaints failing which departmental action would be taken against concerned officers and staff.
