Black Day observed to express solidarity with Kashmiris in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Like other parts of the country, black day was observed in Hyderabad where people of different walks of life expressed their solidarity with Kashmiri people by taking out rallies and holding events to highlight the Kashmir issue here on Tuesday.

The Commissioner Hyderabad Muhammad Abbas Baloch addressing the rally of District Administration Hyderabad and people of different walks of life from Shahbaz Building to Post Master General Office condemned Indian government for atrocities and brutality on Kashmiris. He said that the ugly face of India has been unveiled before the world. He said that India should stop brutality on innocent Kashmiris.

Addressing at the rally the DC Hyderabad Fuad Ghaffar Soomro reiterated the commitment that Pakistanis will keep supporting our Kashmiri brothers in their struggle for freedom. He demanded the international community to force India to comply with the United Nation's resolution which called the country to conduct a plebiscite in the Indian occupied Kashmir.

Besides this the President Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Fahad Hussain Sheikh condemned the continued Indian occupation of Kashmir and atrocities being meted out by the Indian forces to the innocent people of the valley. He expressed solidarity with the Kashmiri people and assured them that Pakistani people would stand in their support as they strive to win freedom for their motherland.
