LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Monday directed the Punjab government to constitute a committee to prepare a draft for a legislation to declare the Mall Road a red zone and also asked the committee to submit its report on next hearing. The court observed that the committee should be headed by an official of home department and comprising lawyers, traders and police officials.
