ISLAMABAD: Tabish Gauhar has been appointed as Prime Minister's Special Assistant on Power on Friday. The Cabinet Division has issued a notification in this regard. The notification read that Gauhar's appointment shall be in an honorary capacity. Tabish Gauhar had already served as chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Karachi Electric for seven years.
