KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was unchanged on Wednesday, with dollar inflows from offshore investors participating in a Treasury bond auction expected to lend some support.

At 0752 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,713/3,723 to the dollar, same level as Tuesday's close.
