No perpetual economic development without national consensus: Kaira

LAHORE: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Punjab President Qamar Zaman Kaira said Saturday no perpetual economic development is possible without national consensus.

He said Prime Minister's claim regarding economic development had nothing to do with the ground reality, as economic development could only be gauged by the indicators of social uplift.

He said the country could move forward only if the poor strata of society get relief.
