KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was unchanged on Tuesday, underpinned by month-end inflows of dollars from charities weighing against flat importer appetite.

At 1006 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,690/3,700, the same position as Monday's close.
