MULTAN: Federal Minister for Power Division Sardar Owais Leghari on Sunday said the PTI would face defeat in the next general elections.

Similarly, the role of the Pakistan People's Party had almost ended in elections, he expressed these views while holding a public meeting at Kot Chuttha.

He lauded people of Lodhran and said that they had rejected politics of lies and appreciated politics of truth and development.

Sardar Owais Leghari said the PML-N always did politics of service to people and people of Lodhran said goodbye to politics of ATM.

He inaugurated gas scheme worth Rs 200 million in Kot Chuttha and stated that it would facilitate nearly 50,000 houses of the area.

The minister said the Punjab government had earmarked huge funds for development of South Punjab. He promised to set up university in Kot Chuthha after winning the next general elections.

He said that uplift schemes of Fort Munro would be completed very soon.

MPA Sardar Mehmood Qadir Leghari also spoke.
