PPP issues 12 Senate tickets for Sindh

KARACHI: The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has issued 12 Senate tickets for the Sindh province to the Senate elections to be held on March 3.

A statement issued here on Tuesday said that Central Leader of PPP Faryal Talpur, President PPP Sindh Nisar Khuhro and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah issued tickets to candidates.

The tickets for 7 general seats were given to Mian Raza Rabbani, Maula Bux Chandio, Murtaza Wahab, Ali Jamote, Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, Imam Uddin Shokeen and Ayaz Meher, for the two technocrat seats to Dr, Sikander Mandhro and Rukhsana Zuberi, two women seats to Krishna Kohli and Quratulain Marri and for one minorities seat to Anwer Lal Dean.
